Utilize our KUHL ONE order simulator system to personalize your vehicle. You can select its grade, color, equipment, aluminum wheels, aero parts, suspension, navigation system, and other desired add-ons to visualize your creation with an estimated cost based on Japanese domestic pricing.

FINALIZE YOUR CUSTOMIZATION
Collaborate with our sales consultants to refine and finalize your customization. These details are typically decided through comprehensive discussions with our sales consultant. We also welcome correspondence via email or online meetings.

CONCLUSION OF SALES CONTRACT
Once the complete car specifications and quotation conditions have been finalized, a formal contract will be prepared. For customers located at a distance, we are happy to facilitate this process via email or postal mail.

PROCUREMENT OF BASE VEHICLE
The procurement of a base vehicle proceeds as follows: new vehicles are ordered directly from a certified dealer. Used vehicles are primarily sourced through nationwide auto auction platforms.Kindly note: A sales deposit may be necessary before purchase, contingent upon the specific contract conditions.

Customization begins immediately upon the cars arrival.Every step, from painting to alignment, is meticulously handled by our expert staff directly within our own facility.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND DELIVERY PREPARATION
Upon completion of customization, each vehicle undergoes a comprehensive cleaning, both inside and out. A rigorous inspection for defects, encompassing over 100 strict check items, is then performed to prepare the vehicle for delivery

CONVENIENT DELIVERY TO YOU
IN JAPAN : Upon delivery, comprehensive information regarding basic vehicle operation and custom components will be provided. For customers located at a distance, our personnel are able to facilitate direct home delivery via a loading truck.
IN YOUR COUNTRY : We will ship your order to your country according to your specific instructions. While we handle the international transport, please be aware that customs clearance in your country is your responsibility as the buyer. To help you prepare, we strongly advise consulting with a local clearing agent before purchase. This will provide you with a clear estimate of the total clearance charges and customs duties you will need to pay.
